"Everytime I Die" is a song by heavy metal band Children of Bodom. The song was recorded for their third album, Follow the Reaper (2000). The song starts with a heavy riff which is actually a single chord played in rhythmic succession. It is then followed by trademark sweeps, licks, screeches and harmony pieces. The song is the first hit by Children of Bodom.

A rather controversial and equivocal music video for "Everytime I Die" was recorded by Finnish director Tuukka Temonen which features the band performing and shows in parallel Alexi Laiho singing the song whilst blindfolded and tied up on a bed. The video ends with Laiho being brutally killed by the reaper. The worldwide release of the video added considerably to the popularity of both the song and the band. The band dedicated the song to Teemu "Somnium" Raimoranta (of Finntroll and Impaled Nazarene), who had died recently, on every gig of their European tour of 2003.
